Improving healthcare with light and sound
I am a first-year PhD student, working towards developing advanced ultrathin flexible endoscopy systems. My academic journey commenced with a BEng (Hons) in Electronic Engineering and an MSc by Research in deep learning applications from the University of Central Lancashire. My master's thesis focused on facial asymmetry detection, while my undergraduate project explored 2D pose estimation. Currently, my PhD research is dedicated to overcoming the limitations of traditional endoscopes by utilizing multi-mode fibers to create a more flexible diagnostic tool.
